Choosing Winter Care Package, you will not engage in unnecessary thoughts about your apartments' condition while you are away from Bulgaria. The building is usually uninhabited during winter and because of low temperatures water in pipes can freeze which will lead to leakage of water in your and neighboring apartments. Moreover, appearance of moisture and mold often occurs in apartment which are not ventilated for a long time. In order to prevent any damage and problem, we advise you to choose our services for winter season. Please, note, that we are not responsible for damage occuring in result of freezing, water leakage and moisture if you refuse Winter Care Package.
What the package includes:
Preparing the property for winter season after your departure:
- Defrosting, cleaning and shutdown of the refregerator
- Stopping the water
- Stop electricity from main electric panel
- Moving the furniture аway from the walls, open door of cupboards and wardrobеs еtc. In order to prevent it from molding and keep it away form moisture.
Current property maintenance
:
- Proper ventilation of the apartment once a week.
- Weekly check of the apartment for moisture and mold. We remove it if there is any.
- We provide weekly reports describing current condition of your apartment (if any problem occurs we inform you immediately аnd take all the needed measures in order to resolve it)
- Assistance for making repairs in your apartment. The access of workers in your home is happening with our presence. We make a report for work done and we provide invoice.
Preperation of the property for the summer season:
- Cleaning of your apartment for the beginning of summer season (cleaning of room, balcony, cupboards, washing of kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels)
- Water filling of the boiler
- Checking the plumbing installations.
Additional services

- Cable TV, electricity, water, taxes, etc.
- We provide invoices and receipts for all readings of the electric meter and water meter in your apartment
- Keeping кеys from your apartment
