Build Invest Corp AD is a construction and investment company founded in 2004 to build and manage its first project "RAINBOW", located in Sunny Beach. Subsequently, the company implemented three more projects, namely „RAINBOW 2", "RAINBOW 3" and "SEA ISLE", as a shareholder in Probild Group AD for the last two. Common up area of the proposed sites is 50 200 sq.m. All of them are built at the entrance of Cocoa Beach in the southern part of Sunny Beach.
The buildings together form a closed holiday complex with 466 apartments and studios, built on 9400 m2 area with huge yard and entertainment infrastructure.
Build Invest Corp AD aims to create in the future only unique projects possessing Exclusive location, such as Golden Rainbow - Vip Residence. Customers of the company have become loyal customers from our already executed projects and also from our new projects, as 90% of them are foreigners, mainly from Russia, Britain, Ireland and Poland. The company has offices in Sofia, Sunny Beach, office and a formal representation in the city Moscow, Russia, located in the building of the Bulgarian Trade Representative Building.
